Our meals last week were:
Fajitas (chicken for hubby, roasted cauliflower for me) with tomato salsa, Greek yoghurt, and fresh tomatoes & kale
Quinoa with rice, falafel, raw grated carrots and beetroot in vinegar
Wheatberry, quinoa and green veg salad, falafel, hummus and avocado
Rice with plantain and tomato sauce
Fish and chips with peas (pub lunch)
Falafel, boiled potatoes, avocado salad
Macaroni & cheese (at Leo’s request :))
