Falafel with rice & quinoa salad, avocado, spinach & pomegranate seeds

Friday

Fish cakes with chickpea, quinoa and spinach salad (ready made from Waitrose)

Saturday

Roast chicken/ nut roast (for me) with all trimmings

Sunday

Leftover roast dinner from yesterday
